These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at velovoice.ai and the services provided by Velo Voice AI LLC ("Velo Voice AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Velo Voice AI provides AI-powered phone and text messaging services for small businesses, including missed-call text-back, automated appointment booking and confirmations, customer follow-up messaging, and review requests. Specific features, pricing, and service levels for business customers are set out in the applicable order or agreement between us and the customer.
2. Text messaging terms
When you opt in to receive text messages from us or from a business using our platform:
- Consent: by providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies depending on your interaction (for example, appointment reminders are sent per appointment; marketing messages, if any, are occasional).
- Rates: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 9.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services. You will not:
- Use the services to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or spam messages.
- Send messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them, or who have opted out.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our services.
Business customers are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own customers before we send messages on their behalf, and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all other applicable laws.
4. Demo line
Our public demo phone number is provided so prospective customers can try the service. By calling or texting the demo line, you consent to receive responsive demo messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of demo messages.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Velo Voice AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every missed call will result in a booked appointment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velo Voice AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
